Spring into Action Dog Training offers a kind and supportive environment for people and their dogs to have fun, learn new skills and overcome behaviour challenges.
I offer Scentwork and Hoopers classes and private lessons for all levels, as well as training and behaviour support in your home or out and about. Whether you're starting out and looking for a positive way to channel your dogs energy, you've already been bitten by the training bug and want to learn new skills, or your dog is driving you crazy with their behaviour, I have the right training option for you. I teach to competition level, but won't pressure you to compete, it's all about enjoying your time with your dog whatever that means to you.
Having trained as a canine massage therapist also, you can always be sure I have your dogs welfare in mind during training. Exercises are adapted when we need to for your dogs ability, and I'll always let you know if I spot signs of pain when training.
My class locations and activity private lessons range from Rooksbridge to Taunton and various areas in between (see activities pages for locations). For training programmes I mainly cover the Quantocks and Bridgwater, however if you're a little way outside of these and keen to work with me, please get in touch.
